James was born on Jan. 12th, 1946 in St. Petersburg, FL. He served in the army in Vietnam. He later worked for Monrose Shelving Company, and died at home on October 8th, 2007. He is buried at the Bay Pines National Cemetery, Bay Pines, Fl
